It's Okay to be Alone
"Sometimes when I see no open door
I close my eyes and sit on the floor
I let all the worries pass as wandering witches
I burry all the pressures and all the glitches
I let the loneliness be my guide
I meet myself, standing always by my side"
Loneliness is not always a sign of depression. To be alone is called solitude. This is a positive type of loneliness where the brain shuts down the day-to-day business and discovers the hidden wilderness of endless dreams that sometimes turn into philosophies like Utopia or discoveries like a force of gravity. Every human needs some quiet time to be able to reflect, meditate, and plan strategies for a better life.

This type of feeling hurts the emptiness and the product of discomfort that could have resulted from cheating, guilt, betrayal, trust shattering, or just frustration of failure.
